Late and very late. a 2-hour window to show up (10am-Noon) and 15 minuets till noon I CALLED them to see when they would show. Mover told me they would be there in 45 minutes (12:30pm) but ONE guy arrives at 1pm. The second guy didn't show for another hour. Should have been a quick, easy load out from a storage locker to a big truck but this team was slow, unprofessional and did not treat our belongings with care. Took an extra hour (paid for 2), of course the first hour was only one man, and put us on the road much later than we had planned or wanted. As reference, the movers unloading the truck from the truck to multiple rooms and garage in a house got it unloaded in just over an hour.
