I would not recommend this moving service. They are a lot cheaper, but it wasn’t some amazing deal. You get what you pay for, I guess. I had an arrival window from 10-11, rented a truck until 4:30. At 10:45 I get a call, guys are running late, they’ll be there at 11:30, they showed up at noon. I explain I had the truck rented until 4:30 and it would cost me extra to extend. They were NOT FAST, they were kind and polite but not professional. There was consistently a person standing around or scrolling on their phone, taking phone calls, or chatting it up. These things wouldn’t have bothered me at all if they hadn’t taken 3 hours to load up. I had to help. I had to take apart an IKEA bed they spent 45 minutes trying to disassemble in 5 minutes. I had to help carry boxes inside. They scuffed up a good amount of my furniture, the walls, and made a HUGE scratch on the hardwood floor, never made a note of it, I had to point it out and file a claim which I’m still waiting for. Then the driver of their van hit the storm drain somehow and popped his tire. Spent 30 minutes putting on a spare, but that’s ok, these things happen. One of the guys asks me to purchase them drinks so they can get back to work faster, which he then tried to play off as a misunderstanding. With less than an hour to unload, I ask them to just stuff everything in the garage and take the big furniture upstairs, scraped the wall pretty good. Out of the kindness of my heart, I offer them a 20% tip which they absolutely did not deserve looking at the damages and the fee I had to pay for the extended time on the rental truck. Guy comes back to ASK FOR MORE MONEY because they finished 30 minutes later, as if their popped tire was on the clock. Then, as I’m trying to leave they’re parked outside because their van ran of out gas. They ask me to give them a ride to the gas station, but I just brought them back a 5 gallon tank which they kindly reimbursed me $5 for. Looking back, I should have just paid more money for a professional moving company or just done it myself, the amount of money I did pay was not worth the stress and hassle, and what felt like constant hustling.

Cecil and his team were wonderful! It was money well spent, and they blew us away with how quickly and thoroughly they loaded our U-Haul. They were also very good with my elderly mother-in-law. We will definitely call them if we need them again, and I would recommend them to anybody.

These guys were awesome! They were willing to work with us on changing date/time when our moving plans had to be changed..stayed in constant contact with us over several days..arrived on time and emptied out 26 ft truck in no time! These professionals came prepared, showed care and respect for our belongings and our home..first time ever using a moving company and these guys were top notch! Don’t hesitate to work with them…you will be glad you did!

The boss Cecil was OUTSTANDING. He kept me well informed of his time schedule, and was overall very helpful and considerate of my timetable. However, his work assistant was another story altogether. He arrived late and his overall performance was less than adequate. The One box at a time, then maybe two boxes on every third trip or so, plus the stop and talk technique coupled with the One box, One box, One box, two boxes, method just was not an effective way to unload a truck, especially when you'll paying by the hour. In conclusion, Cecil was great and I would recommend him to anyone, but his assistant needs to do better.

Cecil and Chico were great! They arrived within the time window, were friendly and courteous, worked really hard, were careful with our belongings, and even left us some extra shrink wrap for our next move. I would definitely use them again.

Cecil and his crew showed up ready to work. They were motivated, cautious, and very considerate of my belongings. I can honestly say that I didn't have to move anything at all. His entire crew was very friendly and professional. I would recommend them to everyone that I know. Great job Cecil.
