We were confused as to why there was no equipment - trolly or anything to carry which is pretty standard procedure & extends the time tremendously - and why they did not use most of the cushioning to protect the furniture. They had another place to go to so couldn't extend which I understand. But while loading and going to the furthest elevator, I found my desk they had left outside the elevator. That's unprofessional.
