We used these guys back in May and they did a great job. Very friendly, hard working and efficient; careful with our belongings, no damage at all. Great communication, they were running a little behind from their previous job, but kept us informed and arrived when they said they would. Would definitely use them again!

Our start window was 9-10 am; they communicated around 10 that they were enroute, but didn't arrive until about 10:45. There was some difficulty finding the apartment. Once they arrived, they did an AMAZING job. They were efficient, respectful, and quick. It was worth every penny. We would definitely use them again.

Careful Contents was scheduled to arrive between 9-10 and didn’t show up until 11:15 (despite calling at 9 saying they would be there at 10:30, then saying they were 20 min away, etc.) They left some of our objects on the driveway beside the POD instead of moving them into our house. They didn’t remove any of the protective wrapping around our furniture and refused to reassemble any of our furniture, citing liability? I’ve never had movers not reassemble our furniture. We had to hire someone else to do that after. We were not impressed.
We also apologize that we showed up later than the scheduled time. We were trying to keep you updated on the arrival time, but the job scheduled before yours was located at a further distance than expected. As for the leftover items, we mistakenly thought they were miscellaneous odds and ends since we got all of the boxes and furniture. We should have asked to clarify if you needed these things moved instead of this assumption.
Regarding the "liability" we were referring to the fact that we could not stay longer than the 2 prepaid hours.
Again we apologize for not giving you the service you expected and we have tried to reach out multiple times to refund or compensate you for having to hire someone else but have not gotten a response.
