When you set up the job. They email a how to prepare and what to expect sheet.
It tells you to pack boxs and mark them
So they know where to put them. They didn't even check what the boxs said. I had over a hundred boxs they just
Piled them up in my garage so the food (in cans and jars froze. It got really cold and it took me two days to find those boxs.
They were marked, food and dry foods on boxs.

The move went great. They moved everything quickly and they were very careful.

Two guys were on time and worked without taking a break to load the moving truck. They were organized and professional and took care not to damage any of my belongings. I would definitely use them again. The only issue is the estimate for the work was 2 hours to load, 2 hours to unload and in fact it took twice that long which created a scheduling problem for me on move day. I'm very organized and manage to pack a lot of stuff in a small space. They're not the first mover to mis-judge what it would take to move me. Not a major issue, just an irritation. Still, great job.
