The movers were very patient with some technical issues on my end with having to change the POD. But I wasn’t pleased with the Top Shelf moving company overall. Management could’ve been a bit more understanding with the situation instead of charging me full price twice. I wouldn’t recommend and I would not use them again.

Sulley, Aby, Angel, and Harvey were the greatest. First, they arrived earlier than expected. They got right to work in their utmost professional manner. They worked extremely hard from the moment they arrived to the end of the job. The pieces I had were extremely heavy and navigating down the narrow staircase wasn't easy but they were able to do it without damaging any walls. The group joked with us which helped make the daunting moving day fun and time passed by quickly. I would highly recommend this group. They were great. My family and I enjoyed their company throughout the day.

Really great service. On time and really communicative throughout the entire process. I needed to get my stuff from NJ to GA and I'm in GA. The storage company in NJ had to drop off my items at an ABF to be packed and shipped. Christian was there to meet them and administer the entire move and make sure it was all taken care of on time with no issues. He takes the job seriously and does it with care. Would highly recommend his services to anyone.

Abydan and Angel were very good and very respectful. I would have given the best rating but they apologized they did not have their tools with them. Thankfully I only had one table to be disassembled and I luckily had the tool we needed. Not having tools might have been a problem though for someone else if someone had a lot of furniture to be disassembled and the helpers had no tools..yikes! But I was overall greatful to have the help.
