The men were great and supper polite and very fast. I only wish more time would have been taken to really assess what needed to go into the POD. I was left with quite a bit of stuff and pieces of furniture. I had to do a lot of rework to fit these items. I understand that the furniture pieces wouldn’t make it, but when I removed items in the POD, I noticed lots of holes and space where items would have fit and it took my boyfriend and I hours to repack it. We had to cancel the POD pickup while doing this thus delaying delivery and almost getting in trouble with my complex. I am now having to wait for my POD almost 9 days later than planned. So not incredibly happy, but not much I could have done.
