They were on time, efiicient and very good at what they do - they were conscientious of my furniture and belongings and got everything up to my apartment without a scratch! I would love to give them more stars, because the employees that were sent to do our initial move in October 2021 were amazing, as well as this move in November 2021. Both crews were professional, courtesy of the our belongings and efficient. When I first used Top Shelf LLC, we moved from our home (that we sold to fast) to a rental. I did the 2 hours, and actually went over so it was very easy to add on time through the link. So when we just moved weeks later from the rental to our new home I marked down 4 hours, thinking it would be easy to adjust the time as I just did. The 2 gentlemen that came were amazing! They got all the heavy stuff that my husband and I could not do solo done in 2 hours, so they suggest I contact the owner and see how to handle the remaining time. I was instructed by the Owner of Top Shelf, to let the guys go to their next job and to contact HireAHelper to work it out. He did not mention over the phone, that he would not refund, or credit me. He said it would have to be done through HireAHelper. So I called HireAHelper immediately and they put me on hold to call the owner of Top Shelf LLC that I just spoke. To return to tell me their policy stands in place that there will be no refund or a credit for the extra 2 hours. Which is a shame, because we did another trip back to the rental for the little things and I would have used the 2 gentleman's assistance, being I was paying them regardless. Also because we had to move twice, we have a large size POD being delivered this upcoming week, which will be easy a 4 hour job and would have loved to use Top Shelf LLC again. I myself am a small business owner, and I understand policies and procedures are put in place. But to turn down future business for it, is not worth it to me. I do have to say HireAHelper, understands customer service and loyalty and I will forever suggest them, for they worked with us on this issue. A lot of people are moving, and as I was referred to use them, I will forever refer them, just not Top Shelf LLC, because of their no bend.
