These guys were fantastic! Dawon texted twice before arriving to keep us updated and he and Jerome both introduced themselves and were friendly and engaged throughout our moving day. Arrived an hour early . Job was done in 15 minutes. Agents were polite , observed Covid rules. Only issue was that the confirmation email didn’t include the link to close out the transaction when completed. We had to call and have a phone agent complete it for me.
