While the workers themselves were fine and worked hard for two hours, the company charged me for three hours. They claim i agreed to min of 3 hours work. Even the the invoice clearly states i agreed to pay for at least 2hrs at $250 for 2 men to load truck and IF they went over the 2 hrs i would pay an additional 80 an hour. So basically they ripped me off for 80!!

The 2 movers were courteous and respectful and strong! They were willing to make adjustments and even helped clean up the cardboard and padding. I’d request them again.

These guys were fantastic! I was hesitant about hiring movers, since I have always just hoofed it with friends. But let me tell You, it's worth it! They arrived on time in their window, were polite, and by God were they strong and efficient. I hired two guys to unload my truck and bring everything onto the 3rd floor of my apartment. I was dumbfounded by how fast and efficient they were - without any instruction. I just pointed and they were set. They had zero complaints, and finished everything in 1.25 hours - clearing a 16 foot truck. Took great care of my items. Would definitely hire again.

These were NOT professional movers. Pretty sure they just hired people off of the street. These men had no idea how to move our stuff and we were literally moving to another apartment within our complex. They were visibly annoyed and ran after me after I had already paid them for extra time because it took them so long to figure out how to move our boxes. At one point they had my bed on the roof of their car. I would not recommend these movers at all.

PLUSES: The two guys were on time, pleasant, and dove right in. In addition, it was easy to book the service. MINUSES: I hired Top Shelf Movers for its expertise in loading moving trucks, wanting to make sure that my belongings would emerge from the move in one piece. While the guys worked energetically and quickly, much of the contents were just loosely packed. When we opened the back of the truck just 20 minutes and 5 miles later, some stuff fell right out of the back of the truck! A friend and I spent over half an hour repacking things so they wouldn't shift. In addition, I paid $248 for up to two hours of service, but after an hour and fifteen minutes the guys reported they were done and went on their way. That's rather generous pay for simple box carrying.
