I booked 2 movers weeks in advance of my scheduled move. The coordinator changed the arrival time on multiple occasions including the day of the move. Only 1 person showed up and 1 hour early. My son-in-law had to help load the truck and it took much longer than expected. A second mover came to unload the truck. The worst moving experience I’ve ever had. The workers themselves were terrific but the coordinator was a nightmare

They we’re a little late, but the next night my pod was broken into and the jewelry box was taken, so it’s kinda coincidental they knew right where the jewelry box was. My neighbor chased them off.

Very pleased with Super Movers. On time, unloaded PODS quickly and put things where I asked. Couldn't have got stuff done without them. Didn't disrupt the neighborhood. I hope it isn't soon, but yes I'd use their services in the future.

The two guys who came to load for us were personable, polite and worked very hard the entire two hours it took. We haven't received the load yet so can't comment on how well things traveled, but they worked hard to load it as it needed to be (in a portion of a truck that would be shared by others). We were very pleased with them and would recommend them.

Policies

Same Day Moves

We charge an extra 15% for same day requests.

Next Day Moves

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

Refunding Unused Time

We do not refund for any unused time.

Extra Hours

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
