The helpers were nice enough - however, the way they packed the
trucks was horrible!!! We had 2 26' trucks - and when they were "done" - my nephew found that they had pretty much thrown a lot
of boxes and shelves into the truck - leaving lots of space for more
items- and several broken shelving units, an antique hutch with all of the glass shattered into pieces - and a couple of night stands had crushed in drawers. There was more but i'm too frustrated to even go on. I am so disappointed that I can't even explain. The helpers that assisted in the offload of our home were completely frustrated that the loading and how it reflected on their unloading - (who by the way were wonderful!!!) They made notes of the problems as our home came off the truck - and you can get the list from their group in Roseburg, OR. Will not use your "movers" ever again and will pass that information along to all my friends.

Policies

Same Day Moves

We charge an extra 15% for same day requests.

Next Day Moves

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

Refunding Unused Time

We do not refund for any unused time.

Extra Hours

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
