Very hard workers....I appreciate the hustle and effort. A couple of pieces of furniture sustained damage due to them working too fast/carelessly, which reduced their rating to four stars.

The gentlemen were very helpful and had to put up with some things staying on the truck to go somewhere else or waiting to see if all the furniture fit in the new apartment. I highly recommend them. They were done in less than 2 hrs and in my younger years I could not have done a better job. They also helped put my mothers air mattress bed together...thank goodness. Thanks again.

I was charged $600 for 5 hours and 4 men. What actually happened was they showed up late and only 3 men came for 2 hours. They were crass and used vulgar language around the children. They were rough with my late fathers things. They even broke parts of the door frames and walls of the house moving stuff. They're telling me they don't refund unused time. Hire A Helper is telling me I should have called and told them I needed less time. I'm not sure how I'm supposed to guess how much time it takes to remove my recently deceased dad's things. This was heartbreaking because the whole time my grieving mother watched as the movers roughed up her stuff and house. I wouldn't recommend Dallas Metro Movers and I definitely wouldn't recommend Hire A Helper.

The movers were awesome! So nice and friendly and they really took good care of our things while moving them. My only complaint is that we did not use them the whole four hours that we projected the move to take (only took them 2 hours) and we were still charged for the full four hours.

These guys were great and I’d hire them again. Not only did they get the truck unpacked quickly but they packed the storage space efficiently so everything fit. Two thumbs up!
