Mike was 1hour late. The other guy work while waiting on his co-worker. 20 minutes after the 2nd guy got here, they leave to go to the store. They broke some of my items and didn't Even say they were sorry ( right in front of me). I've used this website before, but these helpers were just okay
Theres a 1 hr arrival window so the 2nd helper was not really late as he arrived within the arrival window.

They were 'professional' in loading the truck; knew exactly how to do it well and secure the items. They were very quick and knew how to handle boxes and other items.
One recommendation: please change clothes :).

Toby, Donavan, and Sean were exceedingly quick, efficient, and helpful! Got the work done hassle free and way faster than expected! I move with the military all the time, and these three were the best movers I've ever worked with!

They were a last minute add. The other team my wife hired here for the job were far better. I explained that a table would need to be separated to maximize space in the truck and they just looked confused. They drove their truck aggressively passing us once. And when we were leaving and my wife was by herself they pressured her for a tip. She doesn’t take crap, so let them know the other guys earned their tip but they did not. Not a good reflection on your service.

We were so happy with the service that we received. They did a great job of loading our truck in a way that kept all of the items safe. We only had one or two minor dings to our items and we would definitely use them again. They took a lot of the stress out of our moving day.

Damien, Michael and Martin generally did a good job overall. However, they were careful with some of our things, but unfortunately careless with other items. They threw some stuff in at the end without regard for what they were handling. One example: My wife's wedding dress was thrown on the floor of the garage.This was discovered after the move was completed, and I have edited my review. I do recommend this company for your move, but encourage you to monitor them closely to see that they are caring for your things as they handle them.
