They loaded our 28’ upack trailer in Roseville. They were confident, hard working, professional and kind the entire time. They had a plan for packing the trailer and it worked out great. We used every square foot of the trailer and closed up the bulk head, lifted the heavy loading ramp vertically into the back of the trailer, and slipped one more mattress between the bulkhead and door. They brought an extra guy which helped. We worked as a team, three of them and two of us and the 28’ trailer took 6 hours to load. They did all the heavy lifting and packing of trailer. I’d only use these guys again in the future if we ever come back to
California. They really knew what they were doing.

This is the second time I’ve used Fast Time Movers. Based on my previous experience with them, I had high expectations. Once again they came through with flying colors. This is the second time we had a 20 ft van packed by them to travel to the San Diego area. Both times the crew hired to unload the van complemented the manner in which the truck was meticulously packed. Consequently there was no damage. They were on time, respectful, professional, skilled, and reasonably priced. They worked diligently. I would use them again, but hopefully that won’t he necessary!

2nd time I’ve used Fast Time - and they’ve been great both times. Great attitude and good communication. They aren’t the cheapest, but I’ve learned they are worth a little more. I’m fine paying for not having to worry about damage, and very hard workers!

I believe the names of our movers were Rodrigo and Lolo and they were amazing. Literally so many things went wrong today and the only thing that went perfect was the movers. They cleared their schedule all day since we didn’t know what time the UPack truck would work. They waited for us. We needed an additional hour as well and they were fine with it. Perfect service, perfect!! Our truck was loaded perfectly and nothing was broken. We are SO thankful for this experience.

They went above and beyond. The people I bought the bedroom set from said they would move it before I made the 3 hour drive. When the husband balked these folks loaded it in their van and took it for me. They were flexible with my time adjustment (I was 15 minutes late after traveling in these times...) and arrived before I did, where wearing masks, and were polite and personable. They were careful with my furniture.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Fit everything you can in a box. Disassemble furniture if possible. Disconnect electronics. Keep any valuables ,personal or sensitive documents with you. Take breakables out of drawers.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have worked all of California and western Nevada for the past 15 year. We have also worked in out of state moves. Our experience has been earned.
