I was very disappointed with service i was thinking that the are professionals mover they were not they damage my coffee table and my wall table very disappointed !

Mover's response:
I'm sorry but we loaded the furniture with lots of care and even used our own materials to pack your furniture. The job asked to supply moving blankets and you did not have an adequate amount of pads or shrink wrap.

We understand that another person was unloading a free couch that you gave them. We are not responsible for some one else re arranging your furniture and not tieing the load properly to how it was when we left.

We have too many 5 star reviews to attest for our work. We understand your frustration.
A better solution would have been to call us directly and worked out some type of monetary compensation.

We will be on time and ready to work

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Fit everything you can in a box. Disassemble furniture if possible. Disconnect electronics. Keep any valuables ,personal or sensitive documents with you. Take breakables out of drawers.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have worked all of California and western Nevada for the past 15 year. We have also worked in out of state moves. Our experience has been earned.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Every day is a new experience

What training do you provide your crew members?

Everyone at Fast Time Movers must have a minimum of 7 years experience. We have a set method to handle your move. We work as a team to complete your job successfully.
