They were amazing! if I could give a 10 star review I would. Fast courteous and kind. I would recommend them 10 times over.

The provider showed up with great communication and were on time.
Unfortunately they reeked of marijuana, and when questioned, did respond that yes they were smoking but it was hours ago. Well, at 9 am it appeared they had smoked in the car on the way there and as the smell permeates, it was apparent that was the case. Due to this, am concerned on how they loaded things, will be very evident upon the upcoming unload. Contacted the provider that day to register this. Was told he would take care of it. We shall see. Would not recommend Zooming Moving and PODS should be aware of this as well.

My coin collection went missing on the day of the move. Very disappointed when I called and asked that they had a story figured out it didn't match up with moving of the valuables. I should have never told them what was in the cases.
