Two man crew was on time and worked hard to empty 2 townhouse units into 2 Pods containers.
Was a little taken back that they spent about a total of one hour resting for breaks and lunch which I was still paying for. The total job ran 1.5 hours over because of their breaks. I understand breaks, but take me off the clock when you rest or take lunch.

The movers ran late on the day of my move due to an unforeseen circumstance. However, they definitely redeemed themselves. When Justin’s crew arrived, they were courteous and professional. The nice young men that unloaded, loaded, and then unloaded my belongings again (up a flight of steps) worked fast and didn’t damage a thing. I’d hire them again for future moves as well as recommend them to others.
