Moving never easy, very stressful and raises the blood pressure. I wasn’t going to be able to do the move alone and was very anxious to get the rental moving truck returned so as not to incur additional costs their. It was a last minute request to hire somebody since volunteer help wasn’t available and the hire was an expense I didn’t budget for. This agency got to work on my request for help immediately and within an even shorter period of time then expected had a crew set up to help unload the truck. At first they said the crew couldn’t be there till 3 or 4PM, and that was the better part of the day gone before they got there but at least I got the last minute help I required. The easy light stuff I began unloading and by my 3rd trip off the truck I was tired. But as I came around the truck that 3rd haul 2 gentlemen met me face to face and announced they were from, so perfectly named, Justin Time Movers! To say the least I was shocked and dumbfounded because they were 6(?) hours early, we’re able to squeeze me in the schedule with some juggling of the other moves they were doing and they lived up to there reputable name of being just in time. Still I had to confirm they were here to help so I asked them about 4 times if they were really there to help me and how was this possible so early and what an answered prayer they are. They showed up with there own equipment and a vigorous enthusiastic energy to get the job done. Within a quick 2 hours these 2 men had the entire job done, every piece of furniture, and box in its place. Not a single scratch or break of anything!! I was exhausted watching them and a couple times tried to help (don’t try to help it annoys them and breaks the groove, the rhythm they got going), but they were so structured with every movement picking each box and piece of furniture safely from a physical point of view using appropriate lifting techniques, to using the equipment they brought at the proper moment to keep the unloading happening smoothly. I’m lousy with names but let me try here to say Mike and TJ were an answered prayer. They confirmed with my wife so politely whenever things were brought into the house that it went to it’s proper spot. She felt at ease dealing with them. Not only did they have an energy about them but also a polite desire to please attitude…so very professional and that is a trait so rarely seen these stressful days as we all live under a cloud of stress in our nation where Covid has rained havoc over us. These 2 gentlemen didn’t let any of that interfere with them, they didn’t miss a beat! They performed perfectly. And they have my highest respect and recommendation. Thank you Justin Time Movers & Hire A Helper. Best team ever!
