I am so happy with my moving labor helpers. We got off to a rocky start when they were a little late for the job, but they more than made up for it by sending a third person to help unload my 26 foot truck. Then the owner came out to make sure everything was moving along ok. Because it was getting dark, the company made arrangements to come back the next day to complete the 6 hours I paid for. Memphis, D, Larry, and Andrew brought dollies and everything they needed to do the job properly, and worked quickly and carefully. They were personable, worked well together and were extremely conscientious with my belongings. I would highly recommend these men to any and everyone who is considering using a company to help them move.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
The customer can expect a confirmation email, text, and/or phone call, whichever the customer prefers to confirm date, time, and location(s).
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We provide a phone call when en route to your move and as soon as we get to your location we do a walk thru to see what's being moved. We then start to wrap and protect items if we are loading, and get them into your truck or Storage container as safely and timely as possible. If its an unload, we do a walk thru to see the lay out of your home and ask where you want your belongings and then unload and unwrap your items safely and speedy. In both cases feel free to ask us to re arrange any of your items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We'd prefer the customer clean the space being moved. If the customer is packing their belongings, please label according to what items and where (e.g. what room) you'd like them moved.
What types of moves have you handled?
long distance, across the country, office moves, local, small moves, rearrange, multi-day moves (e.g. homes over 5,000 sq ft.)

What training do you provide your crew members?
What makes us special is that we only hire experienced movers with a minimum of 5 years moving experience, the average is 7 to 10 years. What that means, is that very little training if any is needed, but provided when necessary to meet our standards for quality. Experience and knowledge is shared between movers on every job so our team continues to get stronger and more knowledgeable with every job. We look forward to turning your most stressful day into an enjoyable experience.
