Guys we’re nice and professional. They were however 1:45 late and arrived at the destination (not the pickup) making their arrival 2:45 after the allotted window. They were apologetic but kept me waiting at a storage unit for 3.5 hrs thinking they were 15-30 min away the entire time.
Day was plagued with accidents, would give them a second chance but not the best first impression.

I asked them to drop the washer dryer and scrap so I could pay for a few more hours. They took both. I need it back. I will not pay until I get those back. Or you can remove 600 off the total. Thank you

Darren and Shawn were amazing!! It blew my mind how fast and efficient they were. I always feel so bad for making them go up all those stairs, but they get what would take me all weekend to do done in a few hours. Whatever you are laying them is not enough! They deserve a raise big time! 10/10 would definitely recommend!
