Communication before the move was great. I was contacted the day after scheduling, the day before they came, and about an hour before they arrived. The moving team was very professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. My items were treated with care and the team was very personable. I will definitely be looking for Move Pros again the next time I move.

We had several items that were broken. The items were in boxes "glassware - very fragile". I called someone when I Discovered how the boxes were being handled on a dolly going "clunk, clunk, clunk up three flights of stairs. I immediately told the helpers that all remaining boxes needed to be hand carried up the stairs. When I called to report what was happening the lady told me that that is how they are trained extremely fragile or not. She also said that since they didn't pack the boxes they wouldn't pay for the damages. As it turns out we had over$1,000 in damaged items, glassware and prized collectables. Boy did we get ripped off.

Mike and Willie worked real hard. This was there second job and I'm sure they were tired. It rain for a short while but that did not deter them. It was a hot and humid day. They were very careful with the furniture and spent some time putting one of the beds together. I would definitely recommend them
