Michael sent a crew to pack up my 800SF in a 16' POD and they were able to completely pack it in 2 hours with room to spare! The crew was very friendly and able to get my big furniture down some not so big stairs. They did an excellent job at packing the POD tight and keeping my items secure. If i ever find myself moving back to SD, Mach-1 will be my first call.

Doug and Diego helped me unload my U-Haul truck into my storage unit in less than an hour!! They were incredible! Communication leading up to the move was great and they were very respectful and helpful. I cannot wait to work with them again in the future. I highly recommend them and Mach 1 Moving!

This is probably the 5th or 6th time I've hired Mach 1 Moving to move us in San Diego and Mike and his crew never disappoint. The crew showed up on time ready to roll.
It took about 3.5 hours to load the moving truck and then unload everything in the storage unit. Mike is the king of organization so rest assured knowing your truck will be packed safely. Our storage unit was also organized so when we hire him again next year it'll be super easy to pull out!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect us to contact you within 24 hours via text, unless we have questions or concerns; then we'll call you to verify your information about your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect a call or text confirming we are en route to your location. Once we arrive and introduce ourselves, we'll do a walk through of what you want to get done. Upon completing the walk through we'll get busy moving, however we will asked questions along the way and keep you informed of any issues as they arise.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?

What types of moves have you handled?
We handle, truck and container loading and unloading. We also do local, long distance and specialty moves. We have pros who also pack boxes and crate specialty pieces.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?

What training do you provide your crew members?
If they have zero experience. We have them shadow a Sr. Team leader for a month, then a field manager for another month, before having this person as a 3rd, 4th or 5th member of a crew for 3 months. Experienced movers will spend the first 2 months just learning our way of doing things and handling clients.
