planned arrival time 12-1pm. the first guy showed up promptly at noon, the 2nd guy called 12:30pm saying he was still on a job and was going to cancel. I didn't like that answer and handed phone to first guy who called his supervisor who showed up an hour later. They did an excellent job of packing the truck for a 500 mile trip. I thought they took a longer time than normal as the supervisor seemed to be mentoring the first guy as they were always together, vs my past experience of one carries and the other packs the truck. It was a 500 sqft 1bdrm apt and it took 4.5-5 hours to load the truck. I have used Mach 1 3 times and generally like them and would recommend them again.

Worked very slowly despite us having almost everything prepped in advanced. Even took all but 6 boxes down to the garage for them. Got a call from the boss asking if we wanted another hour of work which I happily agreed to because they were no where near done, they continued to work after the one hour was up which I assumed they would just stop which they did not and then got billed for the additional two hours. Even though only one extra hour was verbally agreed upon. Ended up costing double what we were quoted.

I requested 4 movers for 6 hours to pack & unpack my 26' Uhaul for a 3 BR house in the same area. All 4 movers showed up on time, PLUS a 'free' manager (Mike) who was there for packing and wrap-up and was also actively involved. They were super friendly and helpful, and packed up my furniture and other items with extreme care. (PRO TIP: GET EXTRA PADS, THEY WILL USE A LOT). Unpacking was equally efficient. Nothing, I mean NOTHING was damaged, including impossibly narrow doorways and super-heavy sleeper sofas. They completed right on time.
Long story short, I selected Mach 1 because they had the best ratings. They were also the highest price. I am very happy with my choice and would go with them again in a heartbeat.

I would like to give Mach 1 Moving the best review they were early, polite, very very particular in the wrapping and packing of a lot of very delicate pieces that were being moved across country and I will be requesting them again in the near future to pack another container of furniture.

Tony and his colleague showed up on time and were a pleasure to work with as we had our 16' Pod unloaded and distributed through out the house. They even assembled our bed frame - about ten times faster than I would have been able to manage. They had great attitudes, were friendly and worked hard. The two movers who helped me were fantastic. They had a tough job, as I was moving to a third floor apartment and I had a number of big/bulky/heavy items. However they were happy to do the job. Not only that, they performed quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed by the work they did, I cannot recommend them enough.

The two men arrived within the arrival window, and packed the truck so well. Very friendly and knew what they were doing. I was worried that all of my stuff wasn’t going to fit, but they planned it out and got everything in with room to spare.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect us to contact you within 24 hours via text, unless we have questions or concerns; then we'll call you to verify your information about your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect a call or text confirming we are en route to your location. Once we arrive and introduce ourselves, we'll do a walk through of what you want to get done. Upon completing the walk through we'll get busy moving, however we will asked questions along the way and keep you informed of any issues as they arise.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?

What types of moves have you handled?
We handle, truck and container loading and unloading. We also do local, long distance and specialty moves. We have pros who also pack boxes and crate specialty pieces.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?

What training do you provide your crew members?
If they have zero experience. We have them shadow a Sr. Team leader for a month, then a field manager for another month, before having this person as a 3rd, 4th or 5th member of a crew for 3 months. Experienced movers will spend the first 2 months just learning our way of doing things and handling clients.
