They were definitely on time, but what was most impressive was how well they responded when I left to say we had a problem and would need more help and hours plus possibly a second day. Pack Rats was unable to deliver the container to my driveway as promised. Instead, they dropped it off at the lower cul de sac. This then entailed using my husband's pickup to take furniture and boxes down to the street below. As soon as Michael received my message, he engaged a third mover to help, which did move the job along. It was evident that I would need another day of 3 movers for 3 hours, and Michael worked to ensure I had that booking. These people were dedicated to getting the job done regardless of the circumstances that they had not created. They were respectful of my property and extremely appreciative of the water I had for them especially in light of the hot and humid day.
They were very professional.
I would not wish that type of bad luck on any one.
I'm just happy we were there for you to save what could have been a nightmare.

Mach 1 movers were incredible!! My Pod was 2 hours late, and they were so nice and accommodating. They were very supportive and assured me that they wouldn’t leave me high and dry with my move. Mach 1 movers took so much stress away from a very stressful day, and were extremely nice and very professional. They were careful with all of my items and jumped in to help when I was struggling with placing my rug in one of the rooms. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and have already recommended them to multiple friends!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Expect us to contact you within 24 hours via text, unless we have questions or concerns; then we'll call you to verify your information about your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect a call or text confirming we are en route to your location. Once we arrive and introduce ourselves, we'll do a walk through of what you want to get done. Upon completing the walk through we'll get busy moving, however we will asked questions along the way and keep you informed of any issues as they arise.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?

What types of moves have you handled?
We handle, truck and container loading and unloading. We also do local, long distance and specialty moves. We have pros who also pack boxes and crate specialty pieces.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?

What training do you provide your crew members?
If they have zero experience. We have them shadow a Sr. Team leader for a month, then a field manager for another month, before having this person as a 3rd, 4th or 5th member of a crew for 3 months. Experienced movers will spend the first 2 months just learning our way of doing things and handling clients.
