I’m apolozing for my error in posting negative review about Rapid loaders. The service we received was at par to the required unloading. The movers were friendly and professional. I would recommend Rapid loaders to anyone seeking professional and good helpers.

They were amazing! Michael and Jose came in time, expertly packed the truck. Followed our instructions. Worked fast and finished before we anticipated. They even assembled the couches. I will use them again for the second part of our move. Thanks!

The 2 actual moving guys did a good job and they were careful, unfortunately their supervisor acts like an entitled baby. He complained the entire appointment--hoping to do 1 hour of work and get paid for 2... So, the others took their time and ate up the 2 hours, while he sat in his car and sulked.
And, they were 30 minutes late in getting here!
They left garbage, pet toys, and screws to my TV stand on the ground--didn't bother cleaning up after themselves.
I'll never use Rapid Movers again...
Van It was I and the two helpers I was there to supervise a new crew of guys I made sure to communicate that with customer. We were notified that there was a 2nd group of movers coming to help out to unload. Which was unusual because this was a simple standard job.We came to an agreement that we would unload the van and half of the container and leave the other half for the other Mover’s. I went on and helped out to do the unload free of charge even tho she hired 2 guys now there’s 3 guys we finished our part after an hour. The other movers haven’t arrived so I went to see if our arrangements was still good… I guess not she wanted us to stay so we did stay for our 2hrs we were hired not a problem butI was just trying to be nice an help out get it done quickly an Efficient please remember she hired 2 guys for 2 hrs. End of the day my guys did the 2hr they were hired for unfortunately there was a lot mor work the the Description on the invoice. This job would have easily taken 3 -3.5 hrs.

Jose, & Mike were awesome!! I was concerned if everything would fit in storage. But they did it no problem. I would definitely use this service again.

If you are reading this review, you should go ahead and book Rapid Loaders. They were flexible with a late reschedule, showed up on time (even a few minutes early!), didn't waste any time on moving things, handled a complicated entryway and stairs without damaging anything, and completed the job much faster than expected.
Seriously, just book them.
