San Jose Ca. Slow loading two guys four hours to load a u-haul truck. Springfield Oregon excellent very fast and hard working. Very respectful and excellent care in handling furniture and fragile items. Would use again in a heartbeat.
Super quick and super nice!
I had great communication with Brian and his team on and before moving day. They let me know they would be about an hour late. They worked hard, and were able to get everything moved out in about 1.5 hours. They brought all the tools and equipment to haul our belongings, using great care. I would definitely hire them again.
Very fast, very efficient, handled stairs. I had electronics to pack and rugs to roll up into a Pods unit for interstate move. Incredible job getting everything arranged in the unit with room to spare, and in helping with the tail end of my packing process.

Showed up 45 minutes late, took over an hour lunch break, but finally completed the job. As a team, they did not seem to have the expertise I expected....or maybe it was a rough Saturday night (the move was Sunday).
The team from Hire A Helper that arrived to move my belongings were on-time, hard working and mindful of my breakable items. I would highly recommend Hire A Helper!
Bryan called me the day before to confirm my appointment, at which time I was dismayed to learn they do not have a moving truck. After a panic attack, I was pacified to find they were willing to not only drive a truck —which I cannot—but even made a special exception to pick it up for me and at my very express request do this the day before to ensure there was no lack of truck for my moving appointment window with my pod storage company the following day! Bryan and Frankie rode their white horses and arrived right on time. They came fully prepared for the job at hand, they were extremely respectful of my property and goods, and worked meticulously to get everything done before the cube deadline, and even took my donations off my hands, saving me an additional trip and MUCH invaluable time. Full KUDOS and ALL gratitude to both of them for saving my bacon! I can certainly endorse them as the go to team for moving needs which do not require a moving truck.

You can expect myself to be calling on you as soon as possible. To firm up your requested starting time, also to discuss additional details of your move, how far away will truck be from your loading point, if there are lots of stairs, to discuss adding an additional mover thru hire a helper to assist us with running stairs at your job if it makes sense. And to answer any questions you might have for us.
The morning of your move, I will call or text prior to driving over to you. So you know we are alive and will be seeing you shortly. Of course after that would be our actual arrival within the window of allotted time. Along with our smiling faces, ready to begin, as close to your preferred starting time as we are able.
By visiting moving 101 on the hire a helper website, to remind them of the basic things you may or may not have to do for your move. To have you relax as much as you can. If that involves us coming earlier to help box up your things, we can arrange that too.
We have been from Palm Springs to Seattle, Washington for our clients, doing whatever is necessary to achieve that Glorious Five Star Review. Including moving to Seattle with my girlfriend to make life easier for my customers, who provided us with a 30 day hotel rental, 2 apple I-phone S, 2 ipad air 2's, 2 gift certificates for a $1000 at REI, so we wouldn't be cold. They were wonderful people, and very helpful. Thou nice, the gifts were of course not necessary and not part of any secret plan made by us.
