I would highly recommend All The Right Moves. They were on time, communicated before, during and after the job and made the move easy.

Bryan and his team were very professional, on-time, hard working, and had no problem with my very bulky and awkward furniture. The only reason they didn't earn 5 stars in my book was due to the discovery that they had damaged one of my dressers after they left and had not said anything to me. I had taken hours of my time wrapping the dressers in blankets and shrink wrap before moving, and they had removed the blanket from this dresser prior to bringing it into the apartment. They had apparently dropped it at some point scraping the finish off about 3 square inches at the top front corner. Although the damage was not severe, the fact that I discovered it once they were gone left a bad taste in my mouth which is unfortunate. All that being said, I would definitely hire them again, just with slightly more supervision with the expensive furniture.

I needed help moving on New Years eve, my original booking with another company fell thru and Brian from 'All the right moves' came to the rescue last minute, I booked them at 9am and by 11am they were at my place ready to help unload the truck. They took very good care of my staff during the unloading and helped assemble some of my furniture, I would highly recommend 'All the right moves' to anyone needing help moving in the SF Bay area.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You can expect myself to be calling on you as soon as possible. To firm up your requested starting time, also to discuss additional details of your move, how far away will truck be from your loading point, if there are lots of stairs, to discuss adding an additional mover thru hire a helper to assist us with running stairs at your job if it makes sense. And to answer any questions you might have for us.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The morning of your move, I will call or text prior to driving over to you. So you know we are alive and will be seeing you shortly. Of course after that would be our actual arrival within the window of allotted time. Along with our smiling faces, ready to begin, as close to your preferred starting time as we are able.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
By visiting moving 101 on the hire a helper website, to remind them of the basic things you may or may not have to do for your move. To have you relax as much as you can. If that involves us coming earlier to help box up your things, we can arrange that too.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have been from Palm Springs to Seattle, Washington for our clients. Generally speaking, we keep jobs close to home and local for the most part. Doing whatever is necessary to achieve that Glorious Five Star Review.
