What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A follow-up phone call or txt to confirm all pertinent information to the move. E-Sign contract if applicable. Then on day of move or packing day. Customer will receive phone call or txt on eta of dispatched service crew.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A thorough briefing of the activities to take place. Full communication(s) throughout the moving experience from all staff on hand. Focused and professional handling of their personal or Company belongings. An upbeat positive fun energetic work group of guys, having fun with what they are doing and working together. A well oil machine in operation!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
As much items as they deem necessary already pre-packed, labeled and ready to be loaded. Clear pathways, walkways of obstacles or surrounding items that can dangerous. Put any domesticated pets away. Provide as much information on previously broken items prior to them being handled by our crew. Be considerate of the moving crews mindset, they are the professional movers.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, interstate, intrastate, full office moves, warehouse inventory moves, Grand & Baby Grand piano's, crating, Freight loading.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Playing Tetris with household or office furniture....making if fit together like a big puzzle. Then feeling very proud when opening the BOX TRUCK doors for the 1st time on the other end of the move, and seeing that the truck was packed so nicely tight that nothing moved nor barely shifted during transport.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Pre-training of packing and loading at my warehouse. On the job training with a senior mover for a month. Training workshops to learn new tips & tricks of the trade.

Same Day Moves
We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
