Right away, one helper said that the 16ft pod was not big enough for job. I should call and order an additional 8 ft pod.
I informed the helper to please move furniture into pod first, and worry about rest later.
At 11:15pm other helper informed me that I needed to sign the contract so they could get paid, and I immediately replied that I hired helpers for 4 hours, and that they should be loading the pods with small stuff and tying everything down.
Helper told me they were leaving at 11:30, cause they were over their time.
This is totally unacceptable. The contract states 4 hours and they didnot stay even for an hour more. Just not right, and I am going to call and see about a partial refund of UNUSED time.

I had a fantastic experience with my movers! They were on time, super professional, and very careful with all of our stuff. Definitely much faster than moving it all ourselves would be, so I recommend them 100% if you want a quick and easy move!

This is actually the second time we have hired these guys! They did such a good job the first time we needed some furniture moved that we had them back again!
They showed up on time, called and communicated before arrival, were friendly and got the job done efficiently!

I was amazed at how efficiently and quickly these guys were able to move my stuff. The first time and the second time into another storage unit. My pods had been packed poorly and the guys worked hard on packing the unit so I can reach the things I need first. They worked hard and fast.
