The movers were late and I had to call them because no one called me about the delay. They were 2.5 hours late and did not finish the job on the move date. They said they would return the next morning at 0800. No one showed up the next morning and no one would answer my phone calls or texts. I had to finish unloading the truck myself after already paying them to do the job. These people are terrible and unprofessional. I would NEVER use them again and I would no one else to use them either.

After a spectacular loading experience with another company, the unloading by Turbo Movers was really just OK. The guys were friendly and worked hard to unload, but the company didn't provide them with the tools necessary for the move, like a dolly or lifting straps. This resulted in some items getting messed up. Luckily, I have my own dolly and let them use it to make the unloading go by quicker. I recommend that the company provide their workers with the right equipment for the job so that time isn't wasted trying to do it the wrong way.

The movers were 1.5 hours late and I had to keep calling to get updates. When they arrived, they blamed everyone else. Nonetheless. things moved along all right for the first hour. However, everything went downhill after that. They slowed down considerably and really stopped about 5-10 minutes early, with a few items yet to be stowed on the truck. They said their time was up and did I want to hire them for another hour. As there were not any heavy items left, I said probably not and went to look at the truck.
I have moved a great deal in my life and have never seen anything like what they did for the last half of the truck. I was appalled and said it was not suitable for transport. Nothing was secured and boxes were askew, tucked in at strange angles, and heavy items are placed on lighter ones. The rug was just thrown on top with little effort to make efficient use of the space. One of the movers began yelling at me, demanding that I release the payment, claiming that I "went crazy" when they said they needed another hour. I went inside my home to call the owner who sided with his workers. They said that I had odd-shaped items and could do no better than they had done. I had to removed one item to get the door to close. The angry worker threw litter in my yard when I asked him to please leave my property in peace--then he accused me of wanting to call 911. I paid for the first hour, but had to call another mover to unload the latter half and reload it. Everything made it onto the truck and was secured properly by the second movers. Some items were damaged in the process. I would not recommend Turbo Movers at all.
