Hours after they were supposed to arrive, I finally got ahold of them by phone and they said they were on their way. But they never showed, and the regional manager, who was supposed to figure out where they were, ghosted me.

They pushed out their arrival time 4 times and ended up showing up 6 hours past the booking time. We ended up loading in the dark because they didn't get here until 6 pm. The guys worked hard, but I wouldn't book with this company again. I'm glad someone at least came eventually, but completely insane to me to push it out that far.
