I was not present but I spoke to my daughter and some others who were there. The men actually arrived early, which was fine. My daughter was very happy with the care they took to avoid any damage. The men were very polite and industrious. It was a very good experience. I have used Hire-A-Helper three times before and it has always been a positive experience. I would definitely recommend Hire-a-Helper in general or the crew that was there today specifically. Considering that we were just booking the service yesterday afternoon, this worked out really well for us.

The team itself were very professional and a great help. The problem was that they were 2.5 hours late and we were almost done. They only worked for 1/2 hour of the 2 hour minimum. While the price was adjusted it was way too much for what they did.
