They were fantastic!!! They even arrived early, which was nice. The two of them worked great together. The took such great care of all of our furniture. They were great doing the Tetris fit game getting everything in the container. I would totally recommend them for your next move

Packing in pod was atrocious we had to pull everything out and redo it literally boxes of rocks that clearly stated bottom were stacked a couple high on top of boxes marked extremely fragile labeled top. I could go on about how they used 5 rolls of packing tape without permission to try and secure pod. I feel I deserve a refund since we ended up last minute doing it ourselves. Nice guys but no clue how to pack.
Please accept our deepest apologies for the inconveniences with our service. This is really uncommon for our practice, but you must understand that human error sometimes occurs during a move. We believe the resolution we have proposed, will make your moving experience better. Thank you.

Would hire them again for sure. They didn't arrive at the first set time but called and explained situation and did arrive when they said they would. Took extreme care of furniture with wrapping and protection. Moved quickly and safely and got job done in minimal time. All involved were great to work with.

If my experience is indicative of how this company does business, I would advise folks to stay away. They made a process that should have taken 3 hours last 7 hours so that they can bill you for unnecessary hours. It was so bad they claimed it took them 3 hours to disassemble my bed, but funny it only took 5 minutes to put it together. I had a crew of two and one guy was working hard while the other guy was just chilling. Do not use this company.

It was probably the hottest day of the year on moving day...and my two movers brought no water and no lunch. Seems odd. They did an excellent job despite the heat. My nephew was here to help direct traffic and he finally got into the truck and started separating boxes according to where they should go. It made all the difference! The two young men were strong and careful. So far, only one broken serving dish and I think that might be the fault of the movers I used to pack the kitchen on the other end of the move. I would definitely use Kangaroo Movers again. Just be sure to stock lots of drinks and have lunch ready.

This was our 1st time hire professional people helped us to move. It’s a good experience! This is a value 2 people and a truck service, and they provided blankets and plastic wraps to protect our furniture . It’s beyond the hours I reserved but they were responsible to extending the service until done. Next time moving we’ll pick Kangaroo movers again!

Such lifesavers!!! Don't let the low price scare you, they're 100% up to the challenge and they took care of my stuff as if it were their own. I've moved about 12 times in my lifetime and this was by far the easiest one. Thank you!!!!!
