The Kangaroo crew was fantastic. They got right to work, carefully prepared my furnishings for packing and were very respectful and careful with my things. They did an amazing job getting all of my things into the Pod.

Movers did a good job, however, company deceived me when signing up. I was told they were blocking out 2 hours of work, if needed. The movers worked approx 40 minutes, but then company wants to charge for two hours for work not done or needed. Tried to discuss the issue with customer service, not helpful at all. They made representations but did not follow through. It would be difficult to recommend this company to anyone. Warning to others, get all the details from the company upfront and in writing. Other moving companies are more reasonable about the moving charges, seek them out.
We understand your frustration. But 2 hrs minimum is the condition of Hire a Helper website. We, as a moving company, are responsible for your safe move and providing the quality service you requested. As we know, all your belongings were moved safely without any damages. We even provide shrink wrap for you for free. With the financial part you need to refer to Hire a Helper authorities.

They arrived earlier than expected by 45 minutes, but called in advance to let us know and we were able to accommodate.
The two guys were very professional, prepared with packing supplies and dollies, and were quick to get working. Not a single minute of time was wasted and they took care to wrap up all our furniture and use every last available inch of space in the truck. Would highly recommend and use again!
