The job started as a complete CF! Someone from H-A-H emailed to change the job time; I agreed, but none of the changes were noted in the system or shared with the movers. They looked like ‘no-shows until I checked my documentation and realized that H-A-H messed up big time. Despite the late start, Romari and his team of Muscle Movers came through BIG even though they now had other jobs scheduled over ours. We appreciated their flexibility and commitment to getting our job done; Sent two creative problem-solvers who worked incredibly hard to get heavy odd-shaped pieces through tight doorways without a complaint:). We appreciated their help today and would gladly use Muscle Movers again for a future move!

They’re courteous, very organized, the two compliments each other, and ultimately we’re able to wrap up the 2 bedroom truck offloaded with some minor assembling.

Darius and his partner were beyond helpful. When we had our POD delayed 3 days, we had no idea how we would empty it on our own and carry everything up to a third floor with no elevator in time for the POD to be picked up again. Darius and his partner came in with an incredible attitude on a last-minute, same-day request and far exceeded our expectations. I would use them again, and I will be recommending them to anybody I know in need of movers.
