They were professional, respectful, and punctual. Unfortunately they didn’t have the right equipment and so it became very hard and required my help which I hadn’t planned for.

Movers showed up smelling badly of smoke and were pretty inexperienced: they did not know how to use ratchet straps (important because I needed them used to secure belongings in a POD) and left significant gaps in the space they were loading, resulting in my items not fitting and having major door jamming issues which took me hours to fix after they left. They failed to use furniture pads to fill gaps, and I also caught them on their cell phones more than once when they thought I was in another area of the home.
They did keep moving for the most part and stayed for additional time when needed. They were friendly and courteous.

One of our two movers, Darius, was excellent. He was professional, careful with our belongings, and s pleasure to work with. Our other mover, Lonnie, was distant, careless with our items. He broke a dresser drawer, asked for a tip before even being done, (and after breaking the drawer, which he didn't even apologize for), and left our expensive, imported dining room table scuffed from the door jamb, and on its side, for Darius and me to turn right side up onto its legs. He left the table and just walked out without a word. I tipped Darius, and told him he could choose to keep the entire tip, (he was the only one whom earned one today), or share it with Lonnie if he wanted to. Lonnie also was sneezing all over the place, very close to our belongings, and now I have a lot of extra cleaning to do as we have a two year old, and my wife is pregnant. So, to summarize, Darius was awesome, Lonnie, I could've done without the carelessness, broken furniture, attitude, and germs.
