At the last minute I asked Ramari if his team could switch days. They graciously accommodated me and arrived within an hour of my POD arriving to unload. Pierre and Ray did a great job and put everything where I wanted it. I would recommend them.

The team arrived one hour late, with only one man who seemed to have ever moved before. My furniture was not handled with care, dressers even flipped upside down on handcart, unprotected by blankets that were available for their use. I shudder to see my items inside those drawers when I unload in a few months. They damaged my front door which will need professionally sprayed, scraped doorways, did not secure furniture from sliding in truck, and did not want to finish my 2-part move as was scheduled with their boss. Ray was 3 1/2 star-rated, Alton barely 1. My second crew of Pierre and Tevin were AWESOME! 5 stars to them! I will await how my damages will be paid for, and will definitely use another company in the future.

The guys were, prompt, kind and good listeners. They didn't try to muscle what we were moving but took time to figure out the best and safest way to get the job done.

These two men came in and fixed what 4 men from another company had screwed up. We were in a panic because our things were not fitting in the truck for a cross country move and it was obvious there was a lot of wasted space. Had to spend more money to have these two repack. Well worth it and saved the day.
