The guys who came to move my stuff were FANTASTIC! The job before me unfortunately underbooked the amount of time they needed, so the poor gentlemen stayed to finish as much as they could, but let me know updates! I wasn't on a time crunch, so the moving guys were 3 hours late, but - like I said - they kept me updated and worked EXTREMELY hard to get my stuff into the truck in two hours. They were so good, they were actually done in an hour and half. They were exceptionally great and I would highly recommend. If I were still in the area and needed to move again, I would definitely contact them to move me. Also made sure to tip them because it was super hot and humid and they took only a few water breaks.

D and Trevor were very nice guys. They were extremely courteous referring to me as sir and wife as ma'am, which was certainly not required but nice tonowadays. dwys. Hard workers and not afraid to sweat.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The individual or party who hires us can expect that we will show up before schedule so the workers can introduce themselves and become more acquainted with the individuals wants and needs.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
With the services that we offer that a customer shouldn’t have to feel like they should prepare. They have hired a company to alleviate stress that comes with moving. The only way a customer should have to prepare is boxing up items. Other then that all other items and concerns should be left with 1st Choice Movers.
What types of moves have you handled?
The furthest job that has been handled (which was a repeat customer) before we entered the site for advertising purposes was in Boston MA. We did the drive and unload for them and it went as smooth as possible.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about helping others move is the fact that you sometimes run into people who are buying a home for the first time and seeing such an excitement for the person for such an accomplishment. Also working very hard to make sure the needs are met and the customers being so gratified about it. The most favorite thing though is making a stressed out individual relaxed knowing we are the ones helping them.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Currently each guy is learning different lifting techniques and also packing techniques. Most individuals will get a truck and we want to make sure all of the employees are educated on using as much truck space as possible to help with reducing cost of driving the truck too far.
