Movers came back the next day and satisfactorily completed the job. Abe was thorough in getting us all back on track for our move.

Yesterday AAA Movers did a move for me. I felt disappointed. I said so. Shortly after Abe, the company's owner contacted me and offered to make things right as the team sent was in training; and, things happen. Abe offered to come back and was able to squeeze me in the next morning. They did beyond what was necessary, were fast, efficient, and left me feeling like I was appreciated as a customer. In this day and age, most companies just move on to the next project and are not the least bit caring once they finish a job. Abe and his people are not of that category. I feel it really was just a lack of communication and his team we was being helpful doing things they wouldn't necessarily do-- which I had assumed would be done.

Abe and his assistant did a terrific job. He had great suggestions for wrapping and protecting fragile items and efficiently packed our possessions carefully in the pod. I would definitely use him again and recommend him.

Abraham and his daughter were very pleasant and very respectful of the items being moved. They brought a tie-down to secure the items in the truck and carefully wrapped loose items. When they were on their way, they kept in touch.

I would recommend them and would use them again.

This was a case where we needed someone to move a bulky treadmill base up a staircase with a corner. I made the appt. for next day and was able to get the phone # of the service. The gentleman was very pleasant and even offered to come at an earlier time if we liked. the next morning promptly at 9am, they showed up. It only took about 15 minutes to move the item up the stairs. I would use them again.
