Dispatch totally messed up scheduling which should’ve been early evening and turned out to be 9 PM finishing at midnight.
Not good on returning texts during day.

I hate to knock these guys as they came a long way for this gig.
But dang, I wish they’d have confirmed directly to me that they were going to show.
I sent an e-mail....no response. I called.....the voice mail was either full or they didn’t call back.
In the end, they did what I needed them to do; carrying the heavy bulky items into the house but I was on the cusp of looking around for other help when they drove in.
All they had to do was call me........two minutes to confirm.

Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
