The movers arrived on time and were prepared for our job. They worked hard to ensure the treadmill made it safely into the house. And they were very careful not to damage anything in the house. I would probably not use this team again in a similar move.

I had scheduled two crews for the same day, one to move me and my wife out of our one bedroom apartment into a POD and another to move our storage units contents into another two PODS. The first crew of two guys (from another booking service) worked hard to move our apartment contents and were done on time in 3 hours. The second crew AAA Moving I had hired 3 guys for 3 hours, I thought would be about right since all the contents were being moved from a packed storage units to PODs. It took these guys 6-1/2 hours!! They moved slow, things were broken. At some point I left to take care of other moving details and returned an hour later to find nothing more had been added to the POD. I stepped in and started helping them move things because it was apparent things were going way over time. Only one of the movers had any idea of how to pack a load. There are a lot of good, hard working movers, find one of them and pass on AAA Moving.

On time, friendly, and polite! Abraham and Ken were absolutely incredible and very knowledgeable on how to load the pod. They were lifesavers and worked so quickly and efficiently. I am so glad I hired them, it made all the difference in in the world. I seldom take the time to write reviews but honestly these two were amazing and deserve to be acknowledged for their amazing work and very kind and friendly demeanors. Super grateful for their help, excellent job!!!

My only complaint is they did not show up during the time we were told they would be here and no communication whatsoever. But when they did finally show up they were wonderful and very hard working and did the job in less than 4 hours
