The movers themselves were great when they arrived! I was informed that they would be later than scheduled to load my belongings on my U-Haul rental truck. The hire a helper third party demonstrated AWEFUL customer service. They are trying to charge me for services not rendered!!! I have my evidence and receipts ready to dispute via my bank ASAP. No, I will never be using hire a helper service and will definitely not recommend their service! Four stars for the movers and ZERO for hire a helper!!

These guys were absolutely amazing! I can not say enough about them. They were punctual, they were polite, they got all of our stuff loaded out so fast. They had to load a pod for me and they made everything fit perfect. I didn't think we could get everything in there, but they made it work and in under the time we had alloted. I would and have already recommended them to friends.

I hired them to pack my U-Haul to move to another state. They showed up 2 hours late. I told them how far away I was moving and the importance of securing everything for a long trip, and to load the antiques carefully. They did not load the antiques correctly which caused damage. We were not able to see how they packed everything so we didn't know until the truck was unloaded all the damage that was done. They were nice and respectful to me, but did not take care of my belongings the way they should have.

The two guys from MovesZenq were respectful and listened to instructions before starting. The loading was very fast, and it was done in less than two hours. They loaded the container perfectly and still left room. Great job.

Communication first knowing how to speak and acknowledge client concerns to properly handling dolly’s and basic assembly and disassembly to angling certain items and understanding measurements we can go on!
