Guys were very nice and respectful. Arrived as scheduled. Paid for two guys for two hours of moving support. One of the members of the team was unable to work for about 1 hour of the scheduled time due to fatigue or illness, so I offered to help the other team member because he would not have been able to carry several of our furniture pieces. We got the job accomplished but not without my assistance. I was not offered any type of refund for my loss of a team member’s assistance. Process was easy to set up.

They were an hour late
They were not professional movers
They didn’t have tools
They didn’t know how to wrap furniture
They did a horrible job packing the Pods, we had to get 2 guys next day to take the stuff out and pack it the right way.
They scratch and dent the floors and walls
They try to leave an hour early.
The only positive is they were nice
I request a refund for all the damage and the 2 guys I have to hire to do the job again

Aldon and Alex were great! They were fast, thorough and respectful of our property. My king size bed frame wouldn't fit through the doorway but they took it apart and once in the bedroom, it fit perfectly!
All in all, a great experience for what is usually a very stressful experience! I would highly recommend them for any moving job!

These 4-gentleman arrived on time. They were Very professional. The worked as a team to accomplish what I asked. They moved a 750 pound safe by hand up 14 steps from my garage to the room I wanted. They worked hard and were very respectful to my home caused no damage. I will highly recommend them for any moving jobs you have they are very capable.

Alex and Alvin were amazing. They unloaded all of our belongings in a safe and timely manner. They were very happy to place everything where it needed to be and did it with a smile on their face the whole time. Best experience I've had with movers! Thank you Alvin and Alex!
