I don’t understand how they couldn’t get my massage chair in the house, is a single level with zero steps to enter. It was part of my order. The company I had through Hired Helper that moved me out of my split level house in Vancouver, WA was able to get it down 2 flights of stairs and a smaller door. I call the new owner of my old house and the door the chair was moved out of was 2 inches smaller than my new door. They left an hour early and I will not get a refund. If they couldn’t handle the job that was requested they shouldn’t have taken it. Very disappointed with the service.

These guys did a yeoman's' job, carrying heavy and bulky items upstairs and to the basement. They were on time, prepared and very respectful, helpful. We would definitely recommend them.

Mark and his team arrived promptly, they were awesome ! They were polite , respectful and prepared . We forgot to mention one particularly heavy item ahead of time so they weren’t sure if they could maneuver It down the stairs, but they figured it out ! was pouring rain and cold the entire time they were moving us but kept a smile in their face . I will definitely refer them to anyone I know who needs help moving . Thanks again

it was expensive...
they showed up with 3 persons instead of the two I contracted for and the expectation was I would pay the extra fee. Not cool!
...challenged with reading which room boxes were to be placed when clearly marked.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.
