Attn: We require all televisions to be placed in the original box or a tv box needs to be purchased us. We will not load or transport televisions without them being in a box. We will require a signature that we are not responsible for damages to televisions if they are not boxed. Our rates reflect our quality of service. As moving labor gets more competitive new labor providers drop their rates lower and lower to compete. Our experience and quality are second to none. I was very happy with the politeness and professionalism of the young men that came and loadddmy pod.

Worst packers and loaders ever! I just had our Pod containers unloaded and these guys had packed it so poorly that most of our items were broken or damaged. I wish I could post photos of the smashed boxes. I had the top of an antique clock that was well packaged and labeled Fragile, and Do Not Top Load, and they put books on top of the box and now the clock top is in ten pieces. Some concrete planters were shattered. Antique glasses which were well wrapped were crushed and broken. All of our wooden tables and nightstands are gouged and scraped up. I am so upset. The crew that did this went too fast, and they obviously didn’t care. The company who unloaded the Pods said they had never seen a packing job as bad as this.

They started off ok but then one of the guys would take time to be on his cell phone texting or calling. They also used their dollies to take boxes upstairs and left some stains on my carpet. Then at the end didn’t have the courtesy to pull up the ramp from the moving truck and close the door. Just had me sign paperwork and left. Wouldn’t recommend these people they need to be more professional.

They were incredible, very curious and great manners!. I was the last move of the day and they were running a little behind so I let them know it was not a problem if we did the move the following day. They insisted "no matter what the time we will do it today" because that was what was promised to me. They stayed in constant communication with me and their dispatch until they arrived. Those guys had a full house move done in 2 hours and 10 min! They rocked it! Not a single thing was broken or mishandled. GREAT JOB and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Their services!

The movers were wonderful. Sherman, Chris and the additional crew were very polite and worked extremely efficiently. They were able to move the items very quickly. I would definitely recommend them to a friend or use them again for my moving needs.

I would not recommend these movers. Here's why 1) Arrived 2:45, instead of between 12 and 1p, although they did call 2) Only provided moving for 1 hour 45 min instead of 2 hours because they "rounded to the nearest half hour"! 3) Only one experience mover. Other 2 were quite young and just following instructions 4) Used dollies to move our boxes 3 at a time down a flight of stairs. The boom from each step made us cringe as the contents were severely shaken 5) Damaged a door where a stop was in use to prevent it fully opening 6) Did not use blankets to protect the furniture, but instead used excessive amounts of cellophane 7) Poor Attitude. We let them go at 1 hr 45m, even though the job was not complete. We finished ourselves.
Sorry for the issues on your move, the crew in question is no longer with our company due to repeated issues on their past few jobs completed. I’m sure your aware as listed in the agreement with hire a helper that you are required to provide blankets for your furniture. I did talk to them about all your concerns and was told they were instructed by your daughter and husband to take down more than one box at a time because carrying them down would take too much time.
