Attn: We require all televisions to be placed in the original box or a tv box needs to be purchased us. We will not load or transport televisions without them being in a box. We will require a signature that we are not responsible for damages to televisions if they are not boxed. Our rates reflect our quality of service. As moving labor gets more competitive new labor providers drop their rates lower and lower to compete. Our experience and quality are second to none. Wonderful crew! Arrived on time and finished the job before scheduled end time .Used blankets to protect furniture and was extremely respectable with our property. They were a magician to get all our property in the storage container. Would definitely use again and would definitely recommend. Very polite and friendly.

They were 30 min late, but they showed up with an extra person to help, worked quickly and efficiently and managed to get more items into our POD than you would think possible. I would have liked them to use more rope to secure items, but I'm not sure anyone could use enough rope to satisfy me. We haven't completed our move yet, so we don't know yet how items will survive the transit.

Showed up on time. Very professional and polite. I have a very small door and hallway with several turns and they didn't leave any marks on the wall or bang up my furniture. I also hired with less than 24 hours notice with no issues!

They were here on time and ready to go. They moved a lot of very heavy objects up stairs and did not ding any walls or furniture. They also worked really quick. These people were great. I would use them any time.

The "start time" was confusing because I selected a four hour time block online and then selected the time as noon to four pm, thinking that they would show up at noon and work til four, so our whole schedule was based on that assumption and it really threw my plans off when they didn't show til 3:15 pm and didn't call with an ETA or respond to my calls. Once they arrived, all was good, they worked hard and had professional and courteous attitudes. I'm sure that the web site developers think that the start time thing on the website is clear, but I'd suggest that they make it MORE clear.

Our Movers are sent out with veteran movers with over 5 years experience to learn the ropes, the do's and don'ts of moving.
