Our tile floor got cracked (which they knew about) but didn’t tell me until I noticed. They were very nice hard working crew I just wish they would have brought the damage to my attention prior to me finding about it myself. Hard/fast workers

The movers were prompt and worked very hard to get all of my things moved quickly! Though it was an outdoor move into storage in the hot Texas summer (sorry!), they worked quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend.

They called and asked if they could arrive a little early. That was great because it gave me more time to do other things the rest of the day. They took extra care with everything and were very professional. Would highly recommend using them.

The movers who did the pack up and move out did not label boxes or keep hardware (nuts and bolts) attached to the various furniture that they disassembled. However, the two who handled the move-in did an excellent job and were extremely helpful.

They did show up within the hour time slot agreed upon. One of the gentlemen was wearing crocs. Without asking, they plugged their phone in to charge & turned their speaker on with loud music. They weren't prepared with tools to take down the bed or table I put in the booking. I had a screwdriver for the bed. The table was left behind at my expense. They offered to take 2 trips, but there was more than enough room in the truck as things were shuffled. As they were going back and forth loading, I witnessed at least once taking only a single couch cushion of six down the stairs when there were plenty of boxes to take at the same time. This is when I jumped in & began taking down 2-3 boxes at a time otherwise I feel I would've been paying for an extra 3 hours. I had put my 50 lbs square suitcase flat on the ground of the truck, which then was moved and loaded on top of a small end table. The end table was destroyed.
At unload, they realized they had left the 4 nuts & 4 screws for my bed at the start location.
At initial arrival, I set a timer and lapped it when 1. we drove from location to location and 2. they took their break. Glad I did. They attempted to tell their boss it was an extra half hour (the time they took their break) on top of what I had already rounded up 15 minutes on the total. They reported 3.5 hours compared to 2.75 hours actual. I paid for 3 hours.
I won't be hiring again, nor recommending them to anyone. Not considering drive time: In a previous experience, with a different company, and before downsizing my belongings, the total load/unload took 1.5 hours. This load/unload with significantly less boxes took 2.25 hours. The only reason I didn't hire my previous company is because they are Ft. Worth local only and I am now in Houston.
