The guys were on time, very helpful and did a great job

They did a terrible job of loading the truck and protecting the furniture. Most furniture was totally unprotected even though I provided more than enough furniture blankets and plastic wrap and other materials. Three bags of furniture blankets were never opened - that’s 18 unused furniture blankets. The plastic mattress cover that I provided to protect the mattress was not used, and neither was the anti-static cover for the flat screen TV. I have pictures that show wood furniture in direct “unpadded” contact with other unprotected wood or metal furniture and loaded and stacked in a haphazard way. These guys apparently have no clue of how to load and protect furniture. Even the unloaders were surprised at how bad the 3 B Helpers did. These guys doing the loading should find another line of work if they have no interest in this one.
