I had scheduled 3 weeks out. At 2 days till the move I received a email stating that I have 24 hours prior to the move to cancel without penalty. When 24 hours prior Arrived, my card was ran and the payment was taken out. Now the night before the movers were to show up (12 hours prior) I received a call from 3B telling me that the crew they were going to send me was now unavailable, and they had no one else they could send. To make things worse I had received multiple emails from other companies prior to the move offering there services but I wanted to stay with 3B. I had called multiple companies but no one was available. I had already picked up my moving truck, so just me and a friend had to do it all our selves.

Both guys did a great job. They were cautious and fast at loading different vehicles. I was not happy with the mix up when I requested an extra hour a head of time and they had no documentation of my request.
