They were on time and worked diligently and constantly, as far as I could see. Everything was well taken care of, and even though our truck wasn't big enough to hold everything, they still worked to get as many heavy boxes out of the basement as possible before we took the truck over to our new place to unload. It was also rather hot that day, but they still got our truck packed full and worked the full amount of time we had scheduled.

Dave, Jesse and Justin showed up on time. All three were freindly, polite, courteous and fast. They to good care while unloading our belongings and placed them where we asked. I had rental truck issues and weather issues. I had to re-schedule twice. They kept in communication with me and worked around my schedule and showed up on time. Moved and loaded my goods without any problems. I would use them again.

The lead packer seemed inexperienced. His 2 helpers did not wrap furniture with the plastic wrap and blankets that were provided. Several glass items were broken in transit due to the location in which they were placed....the glass table top was placed on the floor of the truck under a couch and arrived in several pieces.
